Who We Are!
We are a family owned Japanese fusion street food restaurant, let us introduce everyone:
Yoshi is the Japanese root, he makes all the japanese preparations. He makes sure we give you the best quality and the most traditional possible. He is also an artist who's art you can see all around the restaurant; and lucky you, it's all for sale!
Christine is the french mastermind behind it all; she adds the international fusion to our food and welcomes everyone. She comes by every once in a while so you're lucky if you get to meet her!
Fez is the eldest child, they work service always, and is in charge of anything that Christine and Yoshi don't do, like writing this :)
Louise is the youngest daughter who comes around to help on Saturdays every once in a while, and she sells some of her art as well sometimes.
Lucas is our newest addition! Skilled chef that perfectly prepares evrything as he was taught, and also helps us come up with new ideas and spices things up a little!
